Different species have different seasons and places for breeding. Don’t try to get close but observe the animals from afar, so they can eat in peace. Museums and Visitor Centers
The Po Delta is a gorgeous and largely unknown area, to be enjoyed slowly, discovering the gentle landscape, the warm and rustic hospitality of the fishing lodges, the excitement of the boat bridges, the mystery of the thick reed beds, the vast horizons, the activities in the valleys, lagoons and vegetable gardens, and finally the charm of the river mouth and of the sandbars, strips of very thin sand following the seashore.

Rubbish: dispose of it in the appropriate equipped areas or take it home
The pleasure of a walk accompanied by a snack or a picnic in the open area must not be ruined by the abandonment of rubbish of any kind. Even biodegradable waste takes years to be disposed of and they can sometimes become death traps for animals. It is therefore a good rule to take waste home or dispose of it in the special dedicated areas where there are rubbish bins. In the event that there is no more space inside these, the waste must be taken home so as not to leave it in plastic bags on the ground next to the bins!
We remind you that differentiated waste collection is carried out throughout the Delta area
